Looking into going gluten-free
I truly believe that this will help me feel better… But I just looked at a list of foods that I will have to avoid… No french fries, salad dressings, chips or BEER! This will be a bigger sacrifice than I originally thought, but I will stick with it for a week to see if I notice a difference.  If I can, the sacrifice might really be worth it.   Anyone else gluten free?  Any tips or...
