On Trust
I have found that there is a marked difference between the way that I interact with my Master and any other Dominant I have yet known …
Most Dominants I treat with the same respect I would accord anyone else … I always try to be polite and easy going … however … I will stand my ground if need be … a man does not intimidate me merely because he wears that title … deserved or not … this no doubt can give the appearance of impertinence to anyone who might think a sub should be humble and accommodating simply because they are a sub …
Obedience is a gift that is given only to an owner though … so my lack of deference to other Dominants shouldn’t really be surprising … submissive does not equal doormat …
With my Master … on the other hand … I am extremely and naturally obedient … I question little and those things I may think need discussion I bring up in a very deferential way … I have almost never felt either the need or desire to argue with Him … the way I might contradict any other man I might chance to disagree with …
The difference in my opinion boils down to trust … the trust I put in my Master is very strong … which implies that my confidence in His ability to lead me and mold me with wisdom and restraint is deep … in my eyes He is a rare and special man … possessed of the qualities of a true Dom … someone truly worthy of my complete and unquestioning loyalty … respect … and most importantly obedience …
I honour Him and love Him unconditionally …
As a result I don’t need to question … I can obey in peace and with joy … let go and allow Him to control without fear or regret … trust is truly everything …
